Whiteness Property Company limited have reserved facilities with the usual statutory utility providers and have completed infrastructure installation for up to 3,000 houses (with the capacity to extend to 4,000) in respect of:

• Electricity: Scottish & Southern Electric Plc
• Gas: Scottish & Southern Electric Plc
• Water: Scottish Water Plc
• Sewerage: Scottish Water Plc

Access to Whiteness is made directly from the A96 Trunk Road between Inverness and Nairn on to a well-constructed link road which previously served the former Fabrication Yard. The first section of this road has been adopted by the Highland Council with the remaining section taken to adoptable standard and is in the main exclusive to the Whiteness development.
